The Dance Team is pleased to announce its qualification into the 2010 Universal Dance Association’s National College Dance Team Championships. In order to qualify for the National Championships, 30+ teams from Division II and III colleges and universities submitted video tape entries. We are extremely proud to announce that TCNJ's Dance Team received it's higest ever ranking, placing 3rd and receiving a partial paid bid! At the 2009 National Championships, TCNJ placed 7th in the Hip-Hop category and 8th in Jazz.
The 2010 UDA College National Dance Team Championships will be in held in Orlando, FL, January 15th through the 18th. The team will host an open Dress Rehearsal at TCNJ on Sunday, January 10th (time tba) for anyone interested in cheering on the team and getting a sneak peak at their Nationals routines before they head off to Florida.
